Our belief is that Village life should fully support you living in comfort. Your lifestyle and unique needs are discussed with our Village Manager and together you decide on a level of care that is customised to suit you. All decisions regarding your care at Rosedale are made with you (and your family).
Rosedale Village care packages include your meals, cleaning and laundry services, personal assistance and healthcare management. These are all made possible with our attentive and qualified staff.
As your needs change our services are adapted to provide additional support that subtly enables you to live as you wish. This means that when you choose Rosedale Village you choose a home that can care for you without having to move.
If a high level of care is required our residents also have preferential access to our own 34 bed hospital unit. At Rosedale Village we can provide higher levels of care when required for most needs.

Michael Martin
Facility Manager
Michael recently re-joined Rosedale as our Village Manager.
With qualifications in Finance and General Management his career initially tracked along management roles for financial institutions and smaller mid-sized business. In 2009 however, he jumped at the opportunity to leave the Corporate world to work for the first time in the Residential Aged Care sector. Michael says "I do not know of any other industry where one can experience - every day - a sense of purpose and satisfaction in the care & support for those who need it and deserve it."
When he is not at work Michael will probably be involved in sport somewhere within North Harbour region. He has been active in many local clubs be it rugby, cricket, golf, or most recently soccer. He invites anyone from our local community to contact him to discuss how Rosedale Village can assist in providing care and support to their family members.
